Camper Information

If your camper requires addition hours of care please indicate the total hours below.  Care is available from 8am-9 and from 3pm-4, one hour each before and after camp at $10/hour. 

For example, if you need both hours of care all of the 5 days of camp please enter "10", if you need just the morning care, enter "5" and so on.

Each camper should chose 1 music class AND 1 dance class from the choices below:

  • BRIMS provides tin whistles for students.
  • Students wishing to take violin must have some experience with the instrument.
  • Dance shoes are provided if needed.

  • has done little or no irish dance

  • Has done some amount of Irish dance before, but not yet at int./​adv. level

  • by permission

What to Bring and Wear

All campers should bring: lunch and a water bottle.  A morning snack is provided by BRIMS

All campers should wear: comfortable clothing for dancing, and clothing that can get dirty (we will be doing crafts involving fabric paint, glue, acrylic paint, baking, etc.)

Names of additional family members/caregivers with permission to pick-up:

I give permission to BRIMS to use photos/videos of me or my child(ren) taken during BRIMS classes and activities. BRIMS will never include a student’s name with any photos.

Liability Release: I hereby certify that camper(s) listed on this form is/are in normal health and capable of participating safely in BRIMS programs. I will notify BRIMS of any pertinent health problems, and I am aware that Irish step dance is, at times, a high impact, aerobic activity and may not be appropriate for individuals with foot, ankle, knee or hip problems. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the program.

Medical Release: In the event I cannot be reached, I hereby give my permission to the management, faculty, and or staff of BRIMS to authorize any emergency medical care that may be required by the above student during their participation in classes, performances, or any related BRIMS event. I understand that I am responsible for any and all charges as a result of such care or medical treatment.
